Below FAQ are some common concerns of our customers beore purchasing our products.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday) (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times) on average for processing and shipping of orders.
All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.
All purchases are FINAL.
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via contact form, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.
No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product. Please refer to the wrong item policy for further instruction.
At Beaúte Boss Cosmetics, we believe that while accidents do happen, it is our job to own them by responding quickly and doing everything in our power to restore the trust that we’ve lost in the process. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong, or missing item please contact us immediately via contact form on; please include the following information - Recipient name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary. - Also, include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.
We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted
Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file. - Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’. - If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order. - no refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
Shipping fees are non refundable
Please perform a skin test prior to applying any of our products to make sure you’re not allergic. Beaúte Boss Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use at your own risk.
